About Me

Hi, I’m Nikki— Health Coach, Warrior, and Woman Who’s Been Through It.

I became a health coach because I have lived the struggle—chronic illness, autoimmune diagnoses, cancer, motherhood, and the exhausting quest for answers in a system that often overlooks the whole person.

My health challenges started early, with digestive issues that no one could quite explain. I stayed active, even running a marathon at age 20, but behind the scenes, my body was telling a different story. My bloodwork was always “off,” and doctors pushed medications I didn’t feel ready to accept. I was young, fit, and not the typical stereotype for those conditions—yet I knew something wasn’t right.

Eventually, after years of searching for answers, I was diagnosed with Lupus—and later discovered I had several other autoimmune conditions. These brought complications to my pregnancies, but I was blessed with three beautiful children: two natural births and one emergency c-section that nearly cost me everything. At that point, I thought I had made it through the hardest part.

Then came stage 3 breast cancer.

With a 2-year-old, 3-year-old, and 9-year-old at home, I underwent multiple surgeries, a year of chemotherapy, and battled serious complications. But by the grace of God—I survived.

That experience changed everything. I no longer take a single breath for granted, and I knew I had to live with intention. Healing from treatment was an entirely new journey. I couldn’t rely on traditional hormone-based medications, so I turned to what I could control: exercise, mindset, stress management, and food that truly nourishes my body.

Not dieting—fueling myself with food that loves me back.

And now? I help other women do the same.

Whether you’re living with an autoimmune condition, recovering from illness, or just feeling lost in your own health journey, you’re not alone. I’m here to guide you with compassion, honesty, and hard-won experience. If you feel like no one is listening, I will.

I offer one-on-one coaching, faith-aligned wellness content and tools. Hopeful for group programs and educational workshops down the road.

I believe in healing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. And I believe your story is still being written.
